These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Yaab LLC, the operator of InvoicePro ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the InvoicePro platform available at invoicepro365.com and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "Accept" or "Get started," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
If you are using InvoicePro on behalf of an organization or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use InvoicePro, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access your account. Each account is intended for a single legal entity or individual. If you require access for multiple team members, please contact us about multi-user options.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
InvoicePro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Available plans and their pricing are displayed at invoicepro365.com/#pricing and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance, beginning at the end of your free trial period (or immediately if you upgrade during a trial). Billing continues automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Failed payments may result in service interruption after a reasonable grace period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
New InvoicePro accounts are eligible for a 3-day free trial starting from the date of account registration. During the trial period:
Each user or organization is eligible for one free trial only. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trial periods is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
Your data is not deleted immediately when the trial ends. You have 30 days to subscribe and recover access to your account and data.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly invoice processing limit. If your usage exceeds the included limit in a given billing month:
Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and charged to your payment method on file. You can monitor your current usage from your account dashboard. We will notify you via email when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan's invoice limit.
InvoicePro is designed exclusively for legitimate business invoice processing for retail stores, distributors, and similar commercial operations. You may use the Service to:
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all invoice data you upload is data you are authorized to process.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using InvoicePro:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all invoice data, images, and business information you upload to InvoicePro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
License to us: By uploading content, you grant Yaab LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Data accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload. InvoicePro's AI extraction is automated and may occasionally produce errors. You should review extracted data before relying on it for business decisions.
Backups: While we maintain system backups for disaster recovery, we are not a backup service. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical business data.
InvoicePro integrates with third-party services including Google Sheets, Stripe, and AI/OCR processing providers. When you use these integrations:
For Google Sheets integration, you authorize InvoicePro to access only the specific spreadsheet(s) you select. We use Google's OAuth 2.0 system and comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the InvoicePro platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI extraction results, uptime guarantees, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account enters a restricted state. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination, during which you may request a data export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
